     Administrative Services is responsible for Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.  Finance includes Utility Billing, Risk Management, Accounts Receivable and Payable, and Purchasing.  Human Resources includes the City's employment opportunities.  Information Technology includes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and is responsible for the City's wide area network.
