water, sewer, storm water and garbage monthly. Customers may sign up for
automatic payments, using a bank account or credit card, by completing the
"Auto-Pay Form" (see above). To receive a bill electronically, or for more
information, please contact the City's Utility Billing Office at (813) 855-5257.
