This program is designed to provide residents of Pinellas County access to evacuation assistance in the event of a hurricane or other emergency under specific conditions and guidelines.

A "Special Needs" person is one who is oxygen dependent,
bed ridden or wheelchair bound and has
NO OUTSIDE SUPPORT OF FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

Registration is open year round to all citizens meeting the guidelines.
Early registration is encouraged – please don’t wait until the last minute !
