     To purchase a Recreation Card, please visit one of the locations listed below. Oldsmar City residents can purchase an annual parking pass for the Mobbly Bayou Wilderness Preserve South Support (Beach).  Cost: $2.68 Documentation required: copy of water bill & vehicle registration.
