SHELTER INFORMATION

Parks and Facility Rental Fees
-
Resident must have a valid recreation card
- Shelter
Reservation (per 4 hour session) fees:
- Resident:
$20.00
- Non Resident:
$40.00
- Non-Resident
(Cypress Forest): $50.00
- Non-residents
can only reserve shelters up to 4 weeks in advance.
- Deposit of
$50.00, separate check made out to the City of Oldsmar. The deposit
check will be returned to you following the rental (next business
day) if the area is left in good and clean condition and no damages
incurred.
- Facilities used
must be left in good and clean condition. If these conditions are
not met to the satisfaction of the Parks Department staff, your
deposit will be forfeited.
- No animals are
allowed in the City of Oldsmar parks, except in designated “pet
areas”.
- No alcohol is
permitted in the City of Oldsmar parks.
- Reservation fee
is for the shelter and no other park amenity (i.e., Cypress Forest
Park-for shelter only not the water facilities)
- Tents, pop-ups,
etc., of any size are strictly prohibited at the Cypress Forest
Park.
Reservations can be rescheduled or cancelled, with a full refund, 5
business days prior to the reservation date.
